Sauteed mushrooms, spinach and green beans
I love veggies in any form, especially all the combinations full of vitamin. I couldn't think of any garnish to make so I found this recipe on French Food website. I've already made it twice this week, it's simple and savory.

1. Boil the beans cut in two, in salted water for around 20 minutes. Drain but reserve the water in which boil the spinach for 1-2 minutes then drain.
2. Heat the olive oil in a pan at medium heat, and fry the sliced mushrooms until they turn gold on both sides and all the liquid is evaporated. Add the green beans, butter and garlic. Turn the heat to high and mix carefully. Leave for 3 minutes.
3. Place the spinach on top, season, leave for 1 minute then serve hot.
