Spinach with pork and omelette

By April 10, 2013

I know a lot of people that hate spinach. When I was a child, I always imagined of being Popeye the Sailor getting stronger after each spinach meal. More to the story, my grandmother used to often cook spinach and nettle. Spinach has many nutritional characteristics, contains iron, calcium, beta-carotene,  vitamin B6, vitamin C, sodium and potassium. Sodium detoxifies the liver and vitamin A improves sight. It is anticancer, it might have a blend taste, but prepared well, it is going to be delicious. I am very picky, so if I love it, you might as well.
