French chicken with bacon and vegetables

This is the first time I made this recipe from GoodFood and I am totally impressed with the delicious taste of the spring vegetables paired with chicken, bacon and creme fraiche. Absolutely fantastic! Eat it hot, otherwise it will loose all the flavor.

1. Fry the bacon in a pan for 3 minutes until it leaves all it's fat. Add the mushrooms and leave for 3-4 minutes. Place everything in a bowl.

2. In the same pan, add some oil and fry the meat on both parts for 4 minutes. Push the chicken on one side of the pan, in the other, fry the garlic and onion for one minute.

3. Pour in the soup, add the bacon, mushrooms, cover and leave for 15 minutes on a low to medium heat.

4. Increase the fire, add the peas and salad, leave a few minutes covered, remove the lid and let it reduce until the sauce will cover the meat. Add salt, pepper and oregano. Before serving, add the cream and parsley.
