Apple pancakes with maple syrup
First time I had pancakes was 5 years ago in America and I thought I will check myself into emergency room, as I have eaten too many. A few years later, I tried to make them from scratch. Found this recipe online and I got stuck with it! They came out so fluffy and delicious, there's no need to serve them only for breakfast. Dinner would look great with them on the table too:)
1. Mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon and make a whole in the middle of the ingredients. add the beaten egg and milk. Add the apple and mix it slowly with a wooden spoon.
2. Melt the butter in a heated pan at low temperature and pour a spoon of batter. Leave for a minute then flip to the other side when it starts bubbling. Leave until golden.
3. If the batter thickens, add some more milk and mix well.
4. After the pancakes are done, pour maple syrup on top and serve with strawberries, mango, kiwi or whatever you like.
