Boho velvet dress for MFW – day 2
The trends this season dictate from a more relaxed platform. With Seventies inspired looks, boho affairs and retro vibes, you have to love AW15. Monsoon is the brand to look out for, since it represents colourful marvels, bohemian prints and patterns, embedded in fashion for women. Its unique identity and distinctive handwriting inspired by mesmerizing textures and hand-craft techniques for magical, faraway places will transport you to remote villages in Asia, on a permanent holiday of discovery. This beautiful velvet midi dress I wore for Milan Fashion Week last month, spoke more than words could say about my love for effortless chic looks, feminine and vibrant. Wrapped around with a chunky belt and paired with retro sandals, this boho outfit was part of a 70s series I prepared for Fashion Week, as you’ve seen in my latest posts.
The Anne Bonny burgundy bag from Fiorelli in collaboration with Marios Schwab is my favorite accessory at the moment. Luxurious textures paired with bold colours sit in harmony with opulent accents of hardware, as an anchor chain and nautical knot detailing pay homage to Marios Schwab’s catwalk collections. I had a chance to meet the designer and talk about his inspiration and I must say I have appreciated his down to earth attitude and passion for aesthetics and women’s fashion. Check his entire collection of beautiful bags, you deserve a gift this autumn!
