Chicken sour soup
I've tried this soup so many times, I can make it with my eyes closed. I still want it's taste to be like the one my mamma does, still not there yet, but I'm on the right path. Be generous with the vegetables, the more the merrier.

1. Boil the chicken on low heat in 3 litres of water with a tbsp of salt. Take the foam once in a while. When the water is clear, add the vegetables. Leave on low heat with the lid on.
2. When everything is almost done, add the potatoes. After 20 minutes, add the tomatoes, leave for 5 minutes then season. Follow with the borsh.
3. Turn the heat off, leave for 10 minutes than add the chopped lovage and parsley. Serve with sour cream and chilli.
