Shrimps salad with celery and red pepper
This is a perfect salad for summer, full of flavor and healthy at the same time. Eat it straight away, it's addictive.

1. Melt the butter in a pan until it starts to bubble, add the shrimps and leave for 3 minute on high heat. Add the garlic, leave for 30 seconds, drizzle with 1 tbsp of lemon juice, season, then add the parsley and turn the heat off.
2. Dice the celery and red pepper, mix them with the shrimps and their sauce. Add rucola and lemon juice, season if necessary.
