Spinach with pork and omelette
I know a lot of people that hate spinach. When I was a child, I always imagined of being Popeye the Sailor getting stronger after each spinach meal. More to the story, my grandmother used to often cook spinach and nettle. Spinach has many nutritional characteristics, contains iron, calcium, beta-carotene, vitamin B6, vitamin C, sodium and potassium. Sodium detoxifies the liver and vitamin A improves sight. It is anticancer, it might have a blend taste, but prepared well, it is going to be delicious. I am very picky, so if I love it, you might as well.
1. Wash the spinach in many waters then boil in hot water with salt. Save a cup of it's water. Wash again in cold water than drain really well. Smash it with a wooden spoon.
2. Fry the meat in hot oil with the onions, until they turn gold. Add the spinach and the cup of water you've restrained earlier, season, add the lemon juice and crushed garlic and leave to boil for 5 minutes.
3. Add the flour, mix well and let it reduces a little.
4. Serve with omelette and tomato salad.
