Stiu ca porcul pica mai greu vara daca nu este facut la gratar si chiar si asa nu este foarte indicat. Cu toate acestea, am devorat o portie pe nerasuflate si nu, nu eram lihnita de foame. Este superba combinatia cu fasole verde, nu stiu prin ce minune mi-a venit ideea asta, poate pentru ca nu voiam sa las fasolea in frigider sa ocupe spatiu:) Lima face legatura intre cele doua compozitii, absolut sublim. Am facut si o salata de vara pe langa toate acestea. Acum ma intelegeti de ce am devorat tot?:)

1. Mix the flour with sage, season and dust the pork with this powder. Heat one tbsp oil and the butter in a pan, fry the pork on both sides until it turns gold. Remove from the stove and keep it warm.

2. Heat the rest of the oil in a pan and saute the onion. Add the mushrooms and leave for 3 minutes. Add the sherry and let it boil. Pour the cream, mix a little, add the pork and leave for 5 minutes on low heat. Don't let it boil or the cream will ferment.

3. In a bowl mix the flour with the beer really well, add some salt. Roll the beans in this sauce. Put some oil in a pan so it will cover the beans, that will be fried in batches. Let it golden for 2 minutes. Drain on a kitchen towel.

4. Put the beans on a plate, season, add a squize of lime juice, cover with a pork fillet and top with mushrooms. Serve with green salad.
