Have I told you before I love fish? I don't cook it often, though, because my husband is not a big fan of fish. Sometimes I have a blast all by myself, as it was the case with this recipe. The first time I made it, was a couple of years ago, at a picnic with my friends. I remember chopping the salad so thinly, took a bite and thought I died. It was so bitter, I asked the girls to remove every single piece of the lettuce and still was the best fish salad I've ever tasted. It is really healthy, light and delicious!
