Raspberry tiramisu

One of the easiest desserts and most delicious. We are in the middle of fruit season, why not take advantage of that?

Instructions

1. Mix the jam with 6 tbsp of liquor. If you can't find any seedless jam, sieve it and press it with a spoon util it clears unto a fine liquid. 

2. Mix the mascarpone cheese with the remaining liquor. Mix the cream with vanilla essence and some sugar if you like it sweet. Mix the cream with mascarpone cheese with the help of a silicon spatula until it completely incorporates.

3. To assemble the dessert you have two options. First, layer half the ladyfingers in a tall 26x18 cm tray, cover with half the jam, half the mascarpone and half the raspberries then repeat the procedure with the rest of the ingredients. The second option, do the same but in individual cups. Cover and cool in the fridge for 3 hours. Before serving, dust with icing sugar and decorate with mint leaves.
