I normally don't have breakfast, due to a bad habit of only enjoying a cup of cappuccino and some biscuits in the morning. But I love to make this for my dear ones, and it must be my favorite recipe, as I often repeat it. It doesn't take too long and it is a complete breakfast. You can add some coffee, orange juice and with it's appetizing look, it will surely dazzle even the most pretentious among you.
1. Heat the oven at 200 degrees. Grease a big tray or two small with butter. Place the sausages and tomatoes in, then cook for 15 minutes.
2. Add the bread, crack the eggs on the tray, season, and leave in the oven for 6 more minutes, or until everything is done.
3. Serve with chopped onion springs on top.
