Bagels with ham, cheese and spring onion
Breakfast just graduated to a higher class with these amazing bagels. They are flavorful, ready to make and what is more important, you can make them for lunch or dinner too.

1. Finely chop the leek. Melt the butter in a pan at medium heat, saute the leek and diced ham for 5 minutes, until they turn golden. Let them cool.
2. Heat the oven at 200 degrees. Mix the leek, ham, cheese, spring onions, parsley, salt and pepper. Cut the bagels in half and toast at low-medium.
3. Spread the mixture on top of all 4 halves then pop in the oven on a tray until the cheese melts and they turn gold. Serve immediately.
