Great appetizer, serve while hot. They are called pigs in blankets in USA and sometimes they are served at cocktail parties as hors d'oeuvre with mustard or aioli dipping sauce.
1. Slice the sausages into 7-8 long pieces. Cut in cross at the ends. Roll the pastry, cut 10-12 cm long strips and roll around the sausages.
2. Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the sausages in a tray covered with backing paper and let them gold. Remove from the oven, grease with egg and sprinkle with parmesan. Leave for 5 more minutes in the oven.
